6´04 shooting guard Danny Thompson has just committed to Coach Derek Whittenberg and the Fordham University Rams.
¨This is unbeleivable news for CBA and Danny,¨ said Rob Orellana, Director of the Canarias Basketball Academy. ¨This is a young man who has just worked his tail off for the last 2 years here at CBA and now all that hard work has paid off.
Danny had this to say, ¨Everything about Fordham University excites me, playing for Coach Whittenberg, getting a world class education, living in New York City and playing in the Atlantic 10." He added, "My 2 years at CBA have been great. I can#t imagine being more prepared for the next level. I want to thank CBA for everything they#ve done. Fordham University competes in the Atlantic 10 conference, the 8th best basketball conference in the NCAA.
